I'm Amy, a twenty-something designer with a passion for films, country music and an avid tea drinker.
I create from my home studio in Lancashire, UK, with my pupper Halle for company. She can often be found sleeping whilst I work, which seems slightly unfair, but she keeps my feet warm so I'll let her off!
As well as having a passion for stationery, which started from an early age when the best day of the year was getting to go pencil case shopping, I also have a love for interior design, so I'll probably talk your ear off asking a million questions on what your venue styling will look like!
I'm also a big believer in mental wellness, that's why in December 2016 I took a leap of faith and decided to put my health first, leave my agency job and go self-employed. From January 2017 until the summer of 2018 I was focusing on building a planner business to help others reduce stress through forward planning, which is still going strong today.
It was only when I started designing stationery for my own wedding in spring 2018 that I got totally swept up in the world of wedding stationery and in June 2018 One48 Paper was born.
My style of my stationery and how I work reflect my belief that a wedding doesn't need to be stressful, and so I try my best to advice my couples on how they can reduce this through planning earlier on and having a more relaxed approach to their day.
