Refunds & Payment Collection
We take your investment seriously, and we’d appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously too. Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing. Amy Jones Design Co reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per day upon any outstanding sum left unpaid on or after 14 calendar days from due date.

After 30 days of outstanding payment, Amy Jones Design Co reserves the right to send you to collections, upon which you will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable lawyer / attorney’s fees.
What data does Amy Jones Design Co. and any of our trading names collect?
When an order is placed via our website or Etsy information is requested to process your items and fulfill the order. This information includes; full name, address, email address. We do not receive your payment details. All payment details are taken via a secure IMA payment system through our website and Etsy.

How to contact us
All UK orders will be posted within three to five working days using Royal Mail Second Class which usually takes 5-7 working days. If you would like your order quicker than my standard processing times please contact us to discuss.
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and no refunds will be given for the wrong shipping address being given.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard. Sometimes parcels can take longer during peak or busy periods and may be held in customs in your country which is beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We do accept returns or exchanges, however we must be contacted within 28 days of the order being placed. Items must be returned within 7 days of the contact being made to ask to return/exchange. Return postage is paid for by the customer.
